Getting started: your first property

After signup, AppleVision seeds a sample property so you can explore without empty screens. Replace it with your real address, room types, and base rates under Properties.

1. Add room types with inventory counts that match physical keys or sellable units.
2. Set base rates; use the Calendar for seasonal overrides and stop-sell.
3. Enable the Booking engine and paste the direct link on your website.
4. Connect OTAs under Channels when you are ready to distribute.

Unlike all-in-one suites that hide mapping behind tickets, AppleVision surfaces unmapped room types as dashboard alerts—similar to how SiteMinder and Cloudbeds operators expect channel health to look.
